As you approach release, our Windows to Work (W2W) career planner coaches you on skills needed to re-enter the community and help remove barriers to your success, with the goal of helping you find and stay employed.

Our Job Center in the Jackson Correctional Institution (JCI) and our career coach staff give you access to tools you need to prepare for your job search.
