For Early Childhood Training or Education / QUEST

With childcare levels critically low, the State of Wisconsin is providing our Workforce Development Team has funding to remove your barriers to the training and early-childhood education you need to work with children. This program is known as QUEST (Quality Jobs, Equity, Strategy, and Training)

One Application Starts It All

When you apply, we evaluate which program(s) you may qualify for.

The QUEST (Quality Jobs, Equity, Strategy, and Training)

Our Workforce Development team uses funding called QUEST (Quality Jobs, Equity, Strategy, and Training) to help you whether you are already in early childhood education, wanting to return, or pursuing a degree.

Our career planner can create custom solutions for:

  • training

  • tuition

  • transportation needs

  • child care

  • housing

  • on-the-job training payments

Eligibility

You must be able to work in the United States and:

  • Have had their employment status at any time impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic

  • Be self-employed individuals who became unemployed or significantly underemployed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic OR have no work history or are entering the workforce for the first time.
