  • Paid work experiences

  • Tutoring and study skills

  • Literacy development

  • Alternative school services

  • GED / HSED prep

  • Occupational and entrepreneurial skills

  • Leadership development opportunities

  • Financial literacy training

  • Mentoring and counseling services

  • Paid transportation, clothing, equipment, etc.

  • Follow-up services for 12 months

Eligibility

We will assess your eligibility based on age, income level, and current skills, but you may qualify if you meet at least one of the below:

​
  • Basic skills deficient

  • English Language Learner

  • Justice-Involved history

  • Homeless or runaway

  • Currently in or aged out of Foster Care

  • Pregnant or a parent

  • Disabled

 

Incentives to Completion

After applying and your eligibility is verified, we will assess your skills, create a plan, remove barriers to your success, and follow up after we provided our last service.

Along the way, you can receive payments for completing steps that make you more successful on your career journey such as:

  • Informational Interview Complete

  • Aptitude/Interest Assessments Completed

  • High School Diploma

  • GED Test Component

  • GED/HSED Completion

  • Financial Aid (FAFSA) Completion

  • Post-Secondary School Application, Enrollment or Certification/Degree (BONUS: 2.0 GPA)

  • Resume Completion

  • Job Shadowing

  • Work Experience

  • Apprenticeships

  • Entrepreneurial Training Completed
