2024-11 Business Services Coordinator Contract

The Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board (WDA9) is accepting proposals for our Business Services / Rapid Response work.

Proposals were originally due  November 1 but due to required forms not being part of the original RFP, the deadline was extended to Friday, November 15.

Q: Will the missing forms be provided
A: Yes

It was emphasized by the WDB that the contract will be adhered to moving forward with performance goals and deliverables. The emphasis for accepted proposals will be on how the work is delivered.

Q: 

• Where can I find the forms we need to fill out? I see them listed in the RFP but cannot find a document or link.

• Question 10 on page 12 asks about staffing patterns and the budget form. Since there’s also a staffing pattern form, should we just reference the attachments for this question, and would that exclude it from the page count?

• Outside of the required forms, can you list what attachments should be included? We have 2 years of audits to attach.  Are there any other attachments we should include?

A: These questions helped identify that forms were missing. The forms have now been provided. There is not a list of attachments other than the forms.

Q: Are the dates on the contract correct?
A: We are checking on what was provided. The correct dates are December 1, 2024 to June 30, 2026.

Q: Will an addendum be issued with the new deadline.
A: We will repost the RFP with corrections to the deadline and correcting the dates, if found to be inaccurate.
