On-the-Job Training (OJT)

OJT offers businesses a way to train new hires who lack job-specific skills that can be learned through short-term hands-on training. As an incentive, businesses may be reimbursed for up to 50% of wages during the training period.

Customized Training

Businesses have specific training needs that may not be met through traditional training methods. Customized training allows businesses to help design and implement training that meets their special needs.

Incumbent Worker

Incumbent Worker training may be available if you need to retain talent and keep your competitive edge by upgrading the skills of your current workforce.

Registered Apprenticeship

Many occupations across several industries can be trained using registered apprenticeship. Apprenticeships involve a hands-on training component and a classroom learning component. Timeframes for training and other details vary according to the trade. Click one for more information on using registered apprenticeships to train your workforce.
